Intend provides its clients with storage and repackaging services for equipment, ranging from small boxes to non-standard pallets. A detailed offer is provided in the terms below, and our managers are always happy to answer your inquiries

Terms and Conditions for Warehouse Services (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). Administrator – the company Intend International. Client – a company placing Goods in the Warehouse. Warehouse – premises managed by Administrator. Goods – any items that the Client has delivered for storage in the Warehouse. The basic storage unit is a Euro pallet (120×80 cm). The storage cost of one basic unit is 315USD per month. If Goods are delivered in boxes, the Administrator will place and stock them on pallets. It is possible to store pallets of other sizes, including 120×100 cm, 120×120 cm, 100×100 cm, 110×110 cm, and others. The storage cost of a non-standard pallet is 1.5 times the cost of a basic unit. The Warehouse has size and weight restrictions for pallets: - The maximum pallet height is 160 cm; - The maximum pallet length is 120 cm; - The maximum weight of a pallet must not exceed 250 kg per square meter of floor space. The storage cost for pallets whose combined length and width exceed 200 cm is calculated individually based on available space. The Client shall notify the Administrator at least 48 hours in advance before delivering goods to the warehouse and provide full information about the delivery. To retrieve, repackage or send Goods, the Client must send a request and instructions to the Administrator’s staff at least 48 hours before the requested service. A Client’s representative can access the Warehouse only by prior arrangement with the Administrator, at least three days in advance. The Client’s representatives may be present only in the presence of the Administrator’s staff and subject to the payment of staff working hours. The cost of the Administrator’s staff labor is 30USD per hour. The Administrator reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. In the event of any changes to the Terms, the Administrator is obliged to update the Terms on this website. The Administrator is also required to notify Clients of any changes via email. Changes shall take effect 7 days after email notification. If the Client does not accept the amended Terms, the Client has the right to terminate the service within 7 days from the date of notification. Continued use of services shall constitute full acceptance of the new Terms. Each party may terminate the services by giving one month’s notice, effective at the end of a calendar month. The Administrator reserves the right to apply modified terms to individual Clients based on separate agreements. The Administrator reserves the right to refuse service due to a lack of available space or for other reasons. The Client may terminate the service and retrieve stored Goods only after fulfilling all obligations to the Administrator. The Client’s obligations are considered fulfilled only upon full payment of all issued invoices and fees (for all services, including but not limited to: warehousing, repacking, shipping, consulting, refurbishing, etc.) up to the date of Goods collection. Payment is considered made only after funds are credited to the Administrator’s bank account. The standard billing period is a calendar month, can be changed to quarter or half-year. The minimum monthly storage fee is 14,300 USD. This fee includes the storage of a specific number of pallets, as defined in the current pricing table. Any pallets stored in excess of this threshold will be charged according to the applicable rates specified in the pricing. In the event of a payment delay exceeding 14 days, the Client shall pay a contractual penalty of 0.5% of the outstanding amount for each day of delay, beginning on the 15th day of the delay, not exceeding 20% of the total overdue amount for each invoice. The Parties agree that this penalty reflects a fair estimation of potential loss caused by the delay. The Administrator reserves the right to claim damages exceeding the penalty, if proven. If payment is overdue for more than 90 days the Administrator has the right to start procedure to dispose stored Goods. In such a case, the Administrator must notify the Client at least 14 days in advance. Goods will be deemed abandoned if not retrieved within the notified period and subject to disposal at the Administrator’s discretion in accordance with applicable laws regarding abandonment or disposal of unclaimed property. The Administrator may charge a disposal fee equivalent to the monthly storage fee in force at the time of disposal. Disposal of stored Goods does not relieve the Client of their financial obligations to the Administrator. Placing Goods in the Warehouse signifies the Client’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If the Client fails to fulfill their obligations, the Administrator reserves the right to take legal action. The Client acknowledges the relevant court to be in the jurisdiction of the Administrator’s registration, in accordance with Polish law. The services are intended exclusively for business entities (B2B).
